Job summary

Scottish Leather Group Limited is seeking an EUC Engineer to maintain and evolve our IT environment, ensuring colleagues have reliable tech, support, and services. You will work across end-user computing, infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cyber security to deliver secure, high-performing IT services.

This hands-on role requires ownership of technical challenges, collaboration across the Digital Technology team, and continuous improvement to shape our technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in a broad IT support, infrastructure, or operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and enterprise technology.
• Familiarity with cloud and network infrastructure and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support across a hybrid Windows and Apple environment.
• Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices and manage assets and requests.
• Support core infrastructure including Microsoft Server, AD, Azure Entra ID, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Assist in administration and monitoring of network infrastructure ( switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless ).
• Champion cyber security through vulnerability management, patching, access controls, and backups.
