Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking an EUC Support Engineer (L1/L2) to manage IT asset lifecycle and onsite end-user support. You will handle asset inventory, stock management, and collaborate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of Windows, peripherals, and basic networking, plus experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. On-site work may be required with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Asset Management or Desktop Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, hardware and basic networking.
• Experience with ITSM/Asset Management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong inventory control and documentation.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT asset lifecycle from receipt to disposal.
• Maintain asset inventory and perform regular audits.
• Manage laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Track asset movement and user/device records.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and vendor relationships.
• Provide L1/L2 onsite EUC and desktop support for Windows, hardware and software.
• Log and resolve incidents via ITSM/ticketing system.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and device deployment.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN/Wi-Fi/TCP-IP connectivity and escalate more complex issues.
• Ensure asset records comply with company policies and audit requirements.
