The Role and Candidate

As part of our expanding European Retail Store Development team, we are seeking an EU GTM Executive – Roboshop to support the successful rollout of POP MART Roboshops across the UK and EU.

You will act as the key coordinator and project driver, ensuring each Roboshop launch progresses smoothly from planning to opening. This role works closely with internal teams—Construction, VM, Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance—and external stakeholders such as landlords, consultants, project managers, and general contractors.

You will also play a hands‑on role in Roboshop deployment, including machine ordering, delivery coordination, system setup, and on‑site launch activities.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the GTM project lead for assigned Roboshop rollout projects across the UK and EU region.
  • Coordinate and host cross‑functional meetings, ensuring alignment on timelines, budgets, milestones, and project risks.
  • Support Roboshop deployment including machine ordering, logistics, delivery, installation, system setup, and on‑site launch.
  • Liaise with landlords, project managers, general contractors, and external partners to ensure smooth construction and fit‑out progress.
  • Lead project update meetings and proactively resolve operational roadblocks to achieve on‑time openings.
  • Prepare accurate project documentation including meeting minutes, project trackers, SOPs, and launch summaries.
  • Provide on‑site support during critical milestones such as inspections, pre‑opening checks, handovers, and launch day.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings (CAD) to ensure alignment with design intent and technical requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary permissions, compliance steps, and project documentation meet local regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
  • 1–3 years of relevant project management experience in retail construction, store development, or commercial real estate (UK / EU experience preferred).
  • Multilingual skills are a significant advantage.
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing external vendors in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and terminology, with the ability to interpret CAD drawings.
  • Strong multitasking ability and comfort working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing clear reports and documentation.
  • Valid UK work visa or residency is required.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Europe (Schengen or equivalent access).
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages and Mandarin are a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting retail or event rollouts across multiple countries.
  • Previous exposure to fast‑growing international consumer brands or retail environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
