Circet UK is currently looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join our Team!

The chosen candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimation across a range of projects in the following Business Units:

  • Transport Technology
  • Fixed Telecoms
  • Wireless
  • Power
Key responsibilities include:
  • Cost Analysis: reviewing and analysing project plans and client requirements/documents to calculate the costs of labour, plant, materials and project overheads.
  • Cost Modeling: using cost modeling techniques to consider the impact of factors such as inflation, exchange rates, and risk on the overall commercial offering.
  • Data Gathering: research costs, obtain quotes from suppliers, and analyse data to inform estimates and commence the procurement process.
  • Proposal Development: contribute to the development of proposals by providing cost estimates and budget information.
  • Cost Tracking and Monitoring: working with Commercial colleagues to review actual costs during the project lifecycle assisting to ensure that projects stay within budget and providing insight and intelligence into future bids
  • Risk Assessment: assess potential risks to
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
  • Industry applicable qualification
  • 2+ years of experience estimating within the telecoms/utilities/construction industry
