A prominent healthcare organization is looking for a Band 7 Estates Officer (Specialist) to manage a specific estate portfolio on a 12-month fixed term contract. Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Estates Officer (Specialist) to join the existing Estates Department on a 12 month fixed term contract. The post holder will oversee the management of a specified estate portfolio and take a strategic view on the future management of that Estate as well as work as part of an active Estates service and support colleagues as necessary to deliver a seamless service across the Trust's geographical area. The post holder will also provide expertise and technical advice to the Trust on issues relating to compliance with Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) and H&S regulations and act as the Trust's Authorised Person on a number of areas.
