The Estates Manager (Contracts) positively contributes to the delivery of an outstanding Estates service by taking the lead on delivery of contracted minor works, capital and other projects so they best contribute to delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
You will develop and implement effective contracted maintenance programmes, ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest professional standards, and provide consistently safe, quality, timely, cost effective and customer focussed outcomes.
