A prestigious organization in the UK is seeking an Estates Maintenance Assistant to support various operations around the estate. This role involves setting up facilities for events, moving furniture, and ensuring compliance checks. We have a rare opportunity for an Estates Maintenance Assistant for a prestigious organisation covering a large estate with a mix of stunning historical and modern buildings, all set in beautiful grounds.
Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will be responsible for setting up facilities for meetings, conferences and events around the estate.
You will work in collaboration with the wider Estates team to prepare a list of visitors to site daily and provide courteous and friendly assistance and direction to all visitors arriving at the School.
As an Estates Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of the School and Estates team, providing crucial operational support across various areas. From porterage to gardens, sports facilities to staff housing, your role will be diverse and impactful.
The Estates Assistant will be a multi-skilled individual who ideally possesses a strong trade background with the ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
A full clean driving licence is also preferred. If you are a trustworthy and loyal team player who can deal with people in a polite and helpful manner, we would be delighted to hear from you.
