The salary on offer is from £30,000 + £3,000 car allowance and 10% performance base bonus. This role involves managing a small portfolio of sites, as well as supporting other EC's across the patch with technical issues and problem solving. A good understanding of water safety management is essential. It is a reactive position and requires regular travel around the East riding, South & North Yorkshire areas. The Estates Coordinator will oversee the coordination of both in‑house and outsourced facilities services, being the first point of contact for customers, and ensuring local operations meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors in line with NHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
