A property management company in Greater London is seeking an Estates Operations Administrator to support property operations on a fixed-term basis. The role involves handling documentation communications and providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders. Candidates should have strong administration skills and attention to detail. The salary is £25,000 - £28,000 on a fixed-term contract, with hybrid working options available.
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Estates Operations Administrator to support the estates and property operations function on a fixed-term basis.
This role is heavily administration-focused and plays a key part in managing communications and documentation between managing agents, clients' law firms and internal stakeholders. The primary responsibility is coordinating the receipt, preparation and issuing of Landlord Documents (LHDOCs) and Landlord Certificates (LLCs), ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely turnaround.
This position would suit a strong administrator with property exposure or transferable administrative experience, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration associated with estates documentation, acting as a central point of contact for managing agents and solicitors. You will track documentation requests, chase outstanding information and ensure all records are maintained accurately and in line with agreed processes.
You will also provide wider administrative support to the estates and operations team as required.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 6 to 12 months
Location: Hybrid (subject to business needs)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm
