Overview

I am looking for an Estate Technician to work with an established social housing provider in the Swindon area. Responsibilities include carrying out property clearances in void properties; furniture removals and deep cleans in properties.

What you will receive

• £14.10 P/H
• Temp to perm
• A company van for work purposes (unable to take vehicle home)
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - 40 hours per week

Requirements

• A manual driving license
• Previous experience regarding the above
