£25,459 - £26,799 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our team, based in West Bromwich. This role will involve both working in a team and lone working. Duties will include carrying out clearing and deep cleaning of void properties including cleaning kitchens / bathrooms and the maintenance of the grounds/gardens. A van and tools will be provided to assist in this role. Development opportunities are available within the team for you to develop your skills and career.
