A local authority in Wigan is looking for an Estate Caretaker to join a team responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment across various estates. As an Estate Caretaker, you will work within a team of 20 Estate Caretakers and have responsibility for a range of duties to create a clean, green and safe environment on estates throughout the Borough.
Salary: Grade 4, £25,583 - £26,827 per annum. £13.26 - £13.90 per hour.
37 hours per week.
