Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for an Estate Agency client in Hoddesdon. The role requires senior level estate agency sales experience and a full UK driving licence with access to a car.

Candidates should be UK residents, ideally living within a 30-minute commute. The position offers a 5-day week, with basic pay of £30,000 plus commission and a strong progression/training programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve branch and individual targets.
• Generate new business and maximise valuation and instruction opportunities.
• Conduct valuations and provide accurate, professional market advice.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs and conversion rates.
• Oversee viewings, offers and negotiations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and regular client communication.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and branch revenue.
• Coach team members and support their professional development.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure company procedures are followed.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Hoddesdon.

The successful candidate must have previousEstate Agency sales experience ideally at Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager level.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Manager:

• Basic £30,000
• Plus commission
• Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm, 3 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am - 4pm
• 5 day working week
