Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is recruiting for a Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator in Bishop's Stortford. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in lettings, a strong grasp of the full lettings process, and must hold a full UK driving licence with access to a car.

Salary starts at a £25,000 basic with an OTE up to £40,000, plus bonuses. The role requires a 5-day week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays and a 30-minute commute preferred.

• Strong understanding of the full lettings process.
• UK resident with full UK driving licence and own car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Liaising between landlords and tenants and conducting viewings.
• Negotiating lettings contracts and registering applicants.
• Generating new business and building market share.
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices.

We are currently recruiting for a Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Bishop's Stortford.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years+ experience with a strong understanding of the full lettings process.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Basic £25,000
• OTE up to £40,000

• Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6:00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu

• Always delivering exceptional customer service
• Liaising between landlords and tenants
• Providing up to date advice and information
