Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an ESR Workforce Advisor to support managers and staff with workforce systems, notably ESR and EASY. The role emphasizes accurate data handling and frontline service desk support.

The post focuses on developing processes, improving data quality, and contributing to digital transformation within the Workforce Systems Team. Fixed-term ending 31 March 2027, 37.5 hours per week, based at Pinewood House, Dartford.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and experience in HR/workforce information.
• Some HR systems or workforce information experience desired; ESR experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Enthusiastic about learning and developing expertise in workforce systems; highly digital.
• Willing to engage in digital transformation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to managers and staff on ESR and EASY via service desk, handling first-line queries.
• Support workforce administration processes: contractual changes, leavers, work permits, registrations, and data queries.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance to ensure accurate data and timely payroll.
• Contribute to data quality reviews and resolve data issues to improve integrity.
• Support and contribute to digital improvement initiatives across the Workforce Systems Team.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate tasks.
