NHS Professionals is seeking a People Systems Administrator to support the Trust's People Systems including ESR, ESR Self Service and E-Expenses. The role acts as an in-house service desk, resolving user queries and escalating issues as required.
You will also assist in system development, provide payroll support and ensure data accuracy across the central systems within the NHS setting.
Location: Remote working from home - occasional onsite days for meetings at Littlemore Mental Health Centre, Sandford Road, OX4 4XN
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of becoming permanent
The post holder will provide support for the Trust's People Systems including the Workforce Management system, ESR, ESR Self Service and E-expenses acting as an in-house service desk, resolving user queries and escalating issues internally and to the software supplier as required. In addition to this, the individual will be required to support the development of the system and its use making recommendations for systems improvements and recommending solutions to ensure the optimal use of People systems across the Trust. The post holder will also be responsible for running the payroll process and managing day to day payroll queries. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of centrally held data in the systems.
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
