Job summary

NHS Professionals is seeking a People Systems Administrator to support the Trust's People Systems including ESR, ESR Self Service and E-Expenses. The role acts as an in-house service desk, resolving user queries and escalating issues as required.

You will also assist in system development, provide payroll support and ensure data accuracy across the central systems within the NHS setting.

Qualifications

• This role may require evidence of vocational Level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user accounts and system passwords for ESR self-service, E-Expenses, the absence management system and eRostering (WFMS).
• Provide service desk support to all users of People Systems.
• Support development of the system and recommend improvements for optimal use across the Trust.
• Run payroll processes and manage day-to-day payroll queries.
• Ensure accuracy of centrally held data in the systems.
• Escalate issues to supplier, IT and People Service teams with detailed storytelling.
