Job summary

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our Workforce Information Team. You will ensure workforce information in ESR is of the highest quality by actioning and updating employee and assignment changes.

You will produce workforce information reports with emphasis on analytics and data manipulation, support managers on Manager Self Service, and help improve HR processes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Providing high quality, accurate, timely HR information to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain admin processes to ensure workforce and payroll data are accurate and meet deadlines.
• Produce regular reports to the Trust Board, Executive Team, Managers and HR staff with required commentary.
• Create statistical reports and questionnaires for external bodies (NHSI) and coordinate with contributors.
• Support managers on Manager Self Service and drive HR process efficiency with standardized systems and training.

Responsibilities

• Providing high quality, accurate, timely and user friendly HR Information to internal and external customers and stakeholders (staff, managers, payroll, finance etc.).
• To maintain good administrative processes to ensure workforce information and payroll data are processed accurately and to deadlines
• Perform the process of producing regular reports to the Trust Board, Executive Team, Managers and HR staff, consulting over the content and format of these reports, investigating any unusual information requiring comment and ensuring that any necessary commentary, analysis or supplementary notes are provided
• Produce statistical reports and questionnaire responses related to workforce issues required by external stakeholders (such as NHSI etc..) within the timescales set and to the standard required. Liaise with external bodies and internal contributors regarding the information.
