The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2+ years in battery pack assembly, and CAD proficiency with robotics experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in battery pack assembly engineering or similar.
• Experience programming industrial robots.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software (CATIA/NX/SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of manufacturing processes for ES and ESME.
• Design and analyze production processes prioritizing personnel safety.
• Develop in-process and end-of-line quality procedures with QA.
• Contribute to the design process to achieve Built-In Quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
• Create and maintain manufacturing operation work instructions.
• Communicate assembly process developments clearly with team.
