You will manage case records, analyze data for trends, and ensure compliance with ER policies. Here’s the exciting bit…a day includes
You will be responsible for managing ER administration and supporting the ER Advisors with cases in Retail, Beauty Services and Healthcare. Working as part of the ER team you’ll provide support to ensure absence, disciplinary, performance and grievance matters are dealt with in a timely and proactive manner. You’ll support the ER team with administration and reporting, collating information to support identifying training needs as well as identifying key trends and developing the right support materials to prevent issues re-occurring. You’ll ensure all case administration meets the high standards ready for any future conciliation or tribunal. You will support the ER team with development of Policies and Procedures ensuring the administration, collation and communication is effective. You’ll share and seek best practice within the ER team, and you’ll feed back into the Employee Relations manager. You’ll also proactively feed any themes or areas you’ve identified through your support of these cases to the ER Manager. You’ll keep up to date with current employment legislation.

Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
