Job summary

PATH Recruitment is seeking a Customer Coordinator for a role based near Finedon. This 12-month fixed term contract covers maternity leave and focuses on delivering excellent customer service and smooth equipment hire coordination.

The role involves handling enquiries by phone and email, coordinating hires, managing relationships, arranging deliveries, and addressing invoice queries. A background in hire, rental, construction, or related industries is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service is essential.
• Experience processing and managing orders is essential.
• Confident communicating with customers via telephone and email.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Experience within hire, rental, construction, engineering or industrial environments would be advantageous.
