Confidential in Havant is seeking a Hire Coordinator to join our Service team. The role combines customer service, hire coordination and fleet administration, reporting into the Service department.

You will own the full hire process from enquiry to off-hire, coordinating with engineers and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly. The position offers salary up to 30,000 depending on experience, with a permanent contract in a busy services environment.

• Previous administration and account management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and relational ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of customer hire requirements from enquiry through off-hire.
• Be the main contact for customers with equipment on hire.
• Produce accurate, timely quotations.
• Coordinate availability, prep, delivery, installation and commissioning.
• Manage hire extensions, exchanges, off-hires and collections.
• Maintain contracts, orders and asset information in CRM.
• Monitor fleet availability and aim for 75%+ utilisation.
• Coordinate servicing, inspections, testing and repairs.
• Schedule servicing and callouts with engineers.
• Provide engineers with safety and site information.
• Coordinate fuel requirements and replacement equipment as needed.
• Review supplier quotations and raise purchase orders.
• Prepare information for invoicing and payments.
