Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its UK Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology practice and seeks an EPM Manager to lead implementations of Adaptive from Workday and drive business development. You will work alongside the EPM Director, delivering high-quality client engagements and hands-on technical delivery.

This role blends project leadership, solution design, configuration, and account development to grow our market presence and client outcomes across budgeting, forecasting and financial

Qualifications

• Experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into system designs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills with senior leaders.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and collaboration to deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations, from discovery through deployment and handover.
• Develop and present business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
• Design scalable EPM solutions for budgeting, forecasting and reporting across Workday.
• Build client relationships, run workshops and translate needs into designs.
• Manage project delivery: scope, timelines, budgets and quality; mitigate risks.
