Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its UK Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology practice. This hands-on, client-facing role partners with the EPM Director to deliver Adaptive from Workday projects, from discovery through deployment and handover, while also contributing to business development.

The EPM Manager will lead implementations, deliver high-quality client work, and coach consultants, collaborating with global EPM teams to ensure consistency and quality across engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations with a current certification.
• Strong ability to facilitate client workshops, capture and challenge requirements, translate to system designs.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Develop and present business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
• Design scalable, maintainable EPM solutions with data integrity considerations.
