Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. We are seeking an experienced EPM Manager to lead Adaptive from Workday implementations for middle-market clients, from discovery through deployment and handover.

You will contribute to technical delivery while supporting business development and client demonstrations. Join a hands-on, client-facing role that combines project leadership, solution design and coaching of consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Current Adaptive from Workday certification required.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate into designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Develop business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
• Design scalable EPM solutions for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, timelines and risk.
• Support business development through proposals and demonstrations.
