Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an EPM Manager to lead large‑scale Adaptive from Workday implementations, working closely with the EPM Director to deliver high‑quality client engagements across budgeting, planning and reporting. This hands‑on role combines leadership, design, configuration and business development to drive successful deployments.

You will manage discovery through deployment, mentor consultants, and contribute to reusable assets while collaborating with global EPM colleagues to ensure

Qualifications

Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
Ability to facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into designs.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery to handover.
Develop and present business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
Design scalable, maintainable EPM solutions considering data integrity.
Build trusted client relationships and run requirements workshops.
Manage delivery: scope, timelines, budgets and quality, mitigate risks and dependencies.
Support business growth with demonstrations, scoping and proposals.
