Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its Enterprise Performance Management practice and seeks an EPM Manager to lead Adaptive from Workday implementations. You will partner with the EPM Director to deliver high-quality client engagements, from discovery through deployment and handover, while also supporting market growth through demonstrations and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations with a current certification.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into system designs.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Develop business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
• Design scalable budgets, forecasting and management reporting within Adaptive from Workday.
• Build trusted client relationships and run requirements workshops.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, budgets, risks and quality.
• Support business growth through demonstrations, proposals and scoping.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to consultants and share reusable assets.
• Collaborate with global EPM colleagues to ensure consistent delivery.
