Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an EPM Manager to lead high‑quality client delivery of Adaptive from Workday implementations. You will work alongside the EPM Director, contribute to technical delivery, and support business growth through demonstrations and proposals.

In this hands‑on, client‑facing role you will manage discovery through deployment, design, configuration and handover, while guiding consultants and ensuring delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Current Adaptive from Workday certification.
• Strong ability to facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into designs.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery to handover.
• Develop and present business requirements and functional designs.
• Design scalable solutions for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage project scope, timelines and budgets.
• Coach consultants and deliver reusable delivery assets.
