Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its UK Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology practice. You will lead Adaptive from Workday implementations, collaborate with the EPM Director, and drive client delivery while supporting business development and demonstrations.

This hands-on, client-facing role combines project leadership, solution design, configuration, and delivery of quality EPM engagements. A current Adaptive from Workday certification is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Adaptive from Workday certification is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment and handover.
• Develop and present business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
• Design scalable budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, reporting and management analysis solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and run requirements workshops to translate needs into EPM solutions.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Support business growth through demonstrations, proposals and engagement scoping.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to consultants and deliver reusable assets.
