The Role

Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are currently recruiting for an ePlus Receptionist to join The Junior School on a part‑time, permanent basis from February 2026 (subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks). The role is part‑time, working 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday 2 pm – 6 pm) with a salary of £11,097 per annum.

The purpose of the role is to provide a high level of customer service in an efficient and friendly manner, and ensuring the safety of children in our care.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy environment, have strong communication skills and can effectively build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

ESMS is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. International applicants will therefore be unable to apply for and secure a Skilled Worker visa. The successful candidate will only be able to take up this role if they can demonstrate an alternative right to work in the UK.
