Overview

Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced EHS Manager to lead the charge in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment at our CLC. This role is critical in promoting a culture of safety, delivering essential training, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations within our innovative facility.

Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with statutory safety, fire, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with project teams to maintain legislative adherence during design and implementation.
  • Inspection and Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections to uphold safe working practices and monitor adherence to safety standards.
  • Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate accidents thoroughly, identify root causes, and drive initiatives to prevent future occurrences.
  • Training and Development: Deliver essential safety training, ensuring all team members hold current safety certifications.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate quality documentation and report on safety performance metrics.
