Qualifications

• Confident and friendly telephone manner.
• Good written and spoken English; GCSE maths.
• Proficient with IT systems: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Positive attitude focused on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take customer bookings over the phone and enter into systems.
• Discuss pricing and delivery options with customers.
• Support the sales team by booking appointments with potential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Services and Sales to meet targets.
• Promote Speedy Freight’s services to new and existing customers.
• Manage multiple tasks in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Be flexible to support the on-call rota when required.
