Speedy Freight in Swindon is seeking a Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for customers, drivers and suppliers, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. You will manage bookings, respond to emails, coordinate deliveries and help grow the branch through proactive conversations and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
• Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, drivers and suppliers by phone and email.
• Manage bookings and respond to enquiries to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers and suppliers and keep customers updated.
