This fully office-based role supports payroll, HR inquiries and pensions, and offers a clear path for early-career candidates.

You'll need strong communication, IT skills, and a proactive attitude to help customers across phone, email and WhatsApp, with a friendly and professional

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity for someone at the start of their career.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not required.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer queries across phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Help customers understand payments, expenses and payslips.
• Resolve queries and complaints, taking ownership through to resolution.
• Support employment references and basic HR-related enquiries.
• Assist with P45s, pension and holiday pay queries.
• Support customers with pensions and employee benefits.
• Help with timesheet portal access and payment-related queries.
• Work closely with Payroll and other internal teams to resolve issues.
