Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd in Bramhall, Stockport is seeking an entry-level Customer Experience Executive to be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and explaining payments with a positive touch. Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Salary: £26,000

Location: Bramhall, Stockport

Working Pattern: Fully office-based

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve queries, explain payments and provide a positive experience from start to finish.
