Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd in Bramhall, Stockport is seeking a Customer Experience Executive for a fully office-based, permanent role. This is an entry-level opportunity for a confident, personable candidate to start their career delivering great customer service.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries, explaining payments and guiding them from start to finish. Strong communication and IT skills will help you succeed in this busy support role.

• Excellent communication skills and a confident personality.
• Customer-facing experience within retail, hospitality, call centres or similar would be ideal.
• Graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
