Job summary

SumUp is seeking a self-employed Regional Field Sales Partner in the UK to drive new merchant partnerships across local SMEs. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped upfront commissions, recurring revenue, and significant earning potential through a structured 5-year residual model.

You will prospect 30 local SMEs daily, conduct consultative selling, and manage a defined territory with ongoing coaching and training to empower growth and portfolio building.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales environments.
• Ability to prospect and close new merchant partnerships with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of commission-based compensation and self-employment dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Prospect a minimum of 30 local SMEs every day through face-to-face visits and outbound outreach.
• Conduct consultative selling by analysing merchants' payment setups and presenting SumUp's ecosystem as a long-term solution.
• Own your designated territory and manage your pipeline, CRM, and onboarding process.
• Initiate at least 3 real conversations daily and convert them into 3–5 new merchant partnerships weekly.
• Build recognition as the local payments expert within the SME community.
