Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-rejection sales environments.
• Self-directed and able to build a business with minimal supervision.
• Financial resilience to bridge initial pipeline-building phase.

Responsibilities

• Prospect a minimum of local SMEs daily through face-to-face visits and outbound outreach.
• Conduct consultative selling by analyzing merchants' payment setups and presenting SumUp's ecosystem.
• Own your designated territory and manage CRM to progress merchants from initial contact to installation.
• Generate 3–5 new merchant partnerships weekly through meaningful conversations.
• Establish yourself as the local payments expert and build lasting merchant relationships.
