Job summary

SumUp is seeking entrepreneurial Field Sales Partners in the UK to build their own business with strong fintech backing. You will drive new merchant sign-ups, handle face-to-face prospecting, and grow recurring revenue through upfront commissions and long-term residuals.

This 100% commission role offers no base salary, with earnings tied to performance. Training is provided, followed by autonomous diary control and ongoing coaching from sales leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales environments.
• Ability to prospect and close opportunities with minimal supervision.
• Understanding recurring revenue models and value of long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect a minimum of 30 local SMEs daily through face-to-face visits and outbound outreach.
• Conduct consultative selling by analysing each merchant's payment setup and pain points.
• Own territory and manage pipeline, CRM, and onboarding from initial contact to installation.
• Have three real sales conversations daily and convert to multiple new merchant partnerships weekly.
• Build recognition as the local payments expert in the SME community.
