Job summary

SumUp Inc. is seeking entrepreneurial field sales partners in the UK on a 100% commission-based, self-employed basis. You will prospect at least 30 local SMEs daily, consult on SumUp's payments, POS, and operations, and own your territory from initial contact to onboarding.

You’ll receive dedicated training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow with one of the world’s leading fintech brands. Six-figure earnings are realistic in year one.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-rejection, field sales or B2B environments.
• Hunter mindset with strong objection handling and persistence.
• Self-employed with financial resilience to bridge initial pipeline-building phase.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of recurring revenue value and its business impact.

Responsibilities

• Prospect at least 30 local SMEs daily through face-to-face visits and outbound outreach.
• Conduct consultative selling of SumUp's ecosystem (payments, POS, operations).
• Own and manage your territory across the UK; plan your week and progress merchants from conversation to onboarding.
• Generate 3 real sales conversations daily and convert 3–5 new merchant partnerships weekly.
• Build status as the go-to payments expert in your community.
