SumUp is seeking a self-employed Field Sales Partner to build a personal business around local SME acquisition. You’ll earn upfront commissions and recurring revenue with a clear path to six-figure annual income for highly motivated entrepreneurs.

Expect an intensive training week, then autonomous diary management, ongoing coaching, and a support network from SumUp’s fintech ecosystem. This is not a salaried role, but a scalable, commission-driven opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales environments.
• Must have a proactive, self-directed selling approach.
• Ability to manage a self-generated pipeline and close deals.
• Understanding recurring revenue models and merchant services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prospect a minimum of 30 local SMEs daily through face-to-face visits and outbound outreach.
• Conduct consultative selling and map merchant needs to SumUp solutions.
• Own your territory while freely generating business across the UK.
• Maintain momentum with CRM, pipeline reviews, and weekly planning.
• Convert 3–5 new merchant partnerships weekly through meaningful conversations.
