Job summary

SumUp is seeking entrepreneurial field sales professionals to join as self-employed Partners, building their own business with the backing of a leading fintech brand.

You will prospect at least 30 local SMEs daily, conduct consultative selling across SumUp's payments ecosystem, and independently manage your territory with full autonomy.

Training and ongoing coaching will prepare you for six-figure earnings through upfront commissions and recurring revenue as your portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales.
• Hunter mindset with cold outreach and strong objection-handling.
• Financial resilience to bridge early pipeline-building.
• Self-directed, without need for daily management.
• Understanding of recurring revenue value in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect at least 30 local SMEs daily via face-to-face visits and outbound outreach.
• Consultative selling across SumUp's payments ecosystem.
• Own your territory and manage your CRM; operate UK-wide.
• Create 3 real sales conversations daily and 3–5 new merchant partnerships weekly.
• Become thePayments expert in your local business community.
