Job summary

Doodle is looking for a Customer Value Consultant to enhance customer relationships and ensure measurable business outcomes. This position necessitates 3–5 years in value-led sales or Customer Success roles within B2B SaaS. The role will focus on managing enterprise accounts in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities include building business cases, managing onboarding, and identifying expansion opportunities to increase value and satisfaction for our clients. Exceptional communication skills in English are mandatory, with German being a strong plus.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a value-led sales, consulting, or commercial Customer Success role.
Experience building quantified business cases with measurable outcomes.
Comfortable working with multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

Build business cases and run pre-sale value discovery with enterprise prospects.
Lead structured onboarding for new enterprise customers.
Identify expansion opportunities and engage with stakeholders.
