Job summary

Bazaarvoice is seeking a Solution Consultant who translates business needs into compelling, technically sound demonstrations for brands and retailers across Europe. You’ll partner with Sales to unlock value from our SaaS solutions and shorten sales cycles.

You’ll travel up to 50% within the EMEA region, speak German and English fluently, and engage with both business and technical stakeholders to craft impactful business cases and proofs of concept.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills across executive audiences
• Ability to document and articulate product-specific and high-level technical solutions
• Significant customer-facing experience and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to translate business needs into compelling solutions
• Strong ROI storytelling and business case development
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and solution selling
• Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or SaaS domain
• Willing to travel up to 50% within Europe, Middle East & Africa
• Fluency in German (C1) and English
• Authorized to work in the Germany without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic value with prospects and provide solution, industry and contextual business expertise
• Prepare and inspire prospects with solution recommendations and demos
• Ensure prospects understand technical and program requirements
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Success on business cases
• Support demos for upsell opportunities
• Handle objections and differentiate from competitors
• Support RFP processes with timelines and team coordination
• Capture and document client requirements to define high-level scope
• Provide product knowledge to EMEA team and contribute to thought leadership
