Planview is seeking an experienced Customer Value Advisor to own the executive relationship across enterprise accounts, driving value realization and expansion from signature through renewal. You will engage with the economic buyer, ensuring outcomes align with planned value and growth across your portfolio.

You are commercially minded and executive-ready, with a proven track record in customer success and strategic relationships.

Qualifications

5+ years in strategic CSM or AE with $250K+ ACV.
Executive presence in C-suite discussions and decision making.
Experience delivering or participating in value realization/reviews.
Commercial instinct to identify expansion opportunities in conversation.
Ability to tie health/adoption milestones to value commitments.

Responsibilities

Own the economic buyer relationship from forecast to renewal.
Build executive relationships with C-suite and VP+, conducting business reviews.
Drive adoption and value realization across your portfolio.
Identify expansion opportunities with Account Executives.
Engage pre-sale on strategic accounts for go-live continuity.
Develop customer champions and advocacy; source referrals.
Act on customer feedback to improve product and experience.
