Job summary

Bazaarvoice is hiring a Solution Consultant to partner with the Sales team across EMEA. You will translate business needs into compelling technical and economic justifications, and help clients see the value of Bazaarvoice solutions.

You will work with large brands and retailers, travel up to 50%, and engage with executive-level stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Primary opportunity partner for Account Executives providing solution, industry and contextual business expertise
• Prepare and inspire prospects with solution recommendations and demonstrations during meetings
• Ensure prospects understand our solution’s technical and program requirements
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Success Directors on business cases for prospects/clients
• Support Client Success on product fit and demos for upsell opportunities
• Handle objections and differentiate Bazaarvoice competitively
• Assist in RFP responses by defining timelines and coordinating involved teams
