Job summary

Mitsogo Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive Hexnode UEM growth in the UK, working with Sales and Product teams to translate complex enterprise requirements into winning customer solutions.

You will deliver tailored technical demonstrations, PoCs, and articulate strategic value to technical stakeholders and executives. Right to work in the UK is required, with equal opportunity commitments emphasized.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Systems Engineer in enterprise software/SaaS/UEM or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise IT infrastructure, device management (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS), and cybersecurity.
• Ability to build trust and present to technical IT teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience configuring, testing, and demonstrating SaaS solutions and integrations (AD, APIs, IdP).
• Excellent written and spoken communication with commercial acumen and collaboration mindset.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Technical Leadership: drive technical validation, scoping, and enterprise solution delivery with Sales.
• Customer Needs Analysis: engage with IT heads, cybersecurity leaders, admins to document requirements.
• Tailored Demonstrations: design and deliver customized product demos and PoCs for use cases.
• Strategic Value Articulation: explain business and security value of Hexnode UEM to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: act as technical bridge between UK clients and Product/R&D teams.
• RFP/RFI Response: manage technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments.
