Job summary

Eptura is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer in London. You will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to enterprise prospects, crafting tailored demonstrations of Eptura’s platform and translating them into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include discovery, technical validation, RFP responses, PoV engagements, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Hybrid work and up to 25% travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SaaS pre-sales or solution engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, integrations (APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML), security and compliance concepts.
• Ability to guide the technical evaluation process with procurement, IT and security stakeholders.
• Storytelling and outcome-selling capability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25% in the UK and Europe for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise discovery to uncover business problems, goals and the tech landscape.
• Prepare and deliver outcome-focused demonstrations showing ROI and KPIs.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders from end-users to C-level executives.
• Act as trusted technical advisor through the sales cycle, addressing objections on architecture and integration.
• Design fit-for-purpose solutions with prospects and quantify business impact where possible.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape deal strategy and resolve deal-level challenges.
• Lead proof-of-value engagements with trial environments and defined success criteria.
