Job summary

MoEngage is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to lead enterprise‑scale technical evaluations across the UK and DACH. You will articulate business value discovered in complex accounts and translate it into concrete technical proofs showing how MoEngage’s platform and AI decisioning deliver measurable outcomes.

You will engage with executives, drive discovery, and mentor peers in a fast‑growing engagement team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pre‑sales, solutions consulting, or related roles leading enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong value selling to articulate business value across IT and C‑suite.
• Ability to translate value case into technical proof with architecture detail.
• Deep comfort with enterprise topics: integration patterns, data architecture, security.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end technical strategy for large UK and DACH evaluations.
• Lead discovery and solution design for complex environments with legacy systems.
• Walk stakeholders through MoEngage’s architecture and AI decisioning engine with detailed evidence.
• Design and lead technical validations, security/compliance reviews (GDPR, data residency).
• Mentor junior team members and share discovery/objection handling insights.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on account strategy and deal planning.
• Produce reusable enterprise assets (reference architectures, RFP responses).
• Represent MoEngage in executive conversations and industry events.
