Job summary

N-able is seeking two Senior Sales Engineers to drive pre-sales demonstrations and solution design for MDR, SIEM, and EDR offerings. You will partner with account executives, channel partners, and customers to deliver POVs and successful trials.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pre-sales or technical consulting, with CISSP/CISM/OSCP-like certifications and hands-on experience with major security platforms. This is a hybrid role with a focus on customer outcomes and executive engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales engineering or related roles.
• Experience running trials/POVs with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on cybersecurity experience with MDR/SIEM/EDR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, technically accurate product demonstrations of our cybersecurity solutions (MDR, SIEM, EDR).
• Translate customer drivers into tailored solution architectures via technical discovery.
• Own end-to-end trial processes: scope, setup, deployment, success criteria, executive handoff.
• Train MSPs, resellers, and partners to deliver demos and trials; support partner-led cycles.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market research to influence messaging and roadmap.
• Represent the company at events, webinars, and executive briefings to build credibility.
